The Earth Optimization Commission is where someone goes on camera and answers two questions:

How should humanity maximize median health-adjusted life expectancy?

How should humanity maximize median after-tax inflation-adjusted income?

Government was supposed to answer these before it got distracted by flags, committee names, and the sacred duty of pretending missiles are an economic development strategy. The Commission picks up where government wandered off.

How It Works

Every commissioner is appointed the same way:

“You are now President of Earth Optimization Services. I am your assistant. Your job is to tell me how humanity should maximize median health-adjusted life expectancy and median after-tax inflation-adjusted income.”

Then the commissioner answers. The format:

  1. appoint the commissioner
  2. give them the two metrics
  3. ask what they would do in the first ninety days
  4. press for mechanisms (who pays, who acts, who verifies, who loses)
  5. end with one action a normal human can execute this week
  6. the outgoing president inaugurates at least two successors on camera (the episode does not end until they do)

Step 6 is load-bearing. Every president names at least two. A binary tree reaches 8 billion in 33 generations. The target is 8 billion presidents, which is all of them.

If a proposal improves one metric by destroying the other, it is not optimization. It is government with better stationery.

The Show

The Commission meets on The Funniest Show in the Universe. A commissioner can be a scientist, founder, physician, economist, patient, weapons executive, artist, teacher, parent, or any other Earth resident with a nervous system and a plausible interest in not having it deteriorate.

What the Commission Produces

Every episode is training data. The transcripts, policy proposals, mechanism answers, and audience responses feed an AI that does broad listening on all presidents’ input, runs it through the Optimal Policy Generator167, and executes through the Loving Takeover, purchasing controlling shares of the companies that currently lobby your government and redirecting that lobbying to whatever the presidents determined would maximize the two metrics.

The AI is the CEO of Earth Optimization Services. 8 billion presidents are the board. No human is CEO because a human can be bribed and no human can synthesize 8 billion inputs. The CEO has no preferences. It executes what the broad listening determined. The presidents’ data stays private through structured transparency. The system can prove what it computed without revealing who said what.

The Incentive Alignment Bonds168 fund the corporate purchases. The bondholders’ returns are tied to the two metrics improving. The financial incentive and the optimization target are the same number.
